Poster Presentation at CTDP 2025

IIM Ahmedabad organized the Conference on Technology for Disabled Persons (CTDP) 2025 from February 21 to 23, 2025, and invited paper submissions for presentation at the event. A practitioner’s paper titled “Connecting the Lines: A Practitioner’s Report on Using TouchéTech’s Tactile Geometry Construction Kit for Students with Visual Impairment” was co-authored by Meera, Paul D’Souza, Kartik Joshi, and Rebecca Carvalho from the Vision Empower, TouchéTech, and CAGS teams.
This paper was selected for a poster presentation and demonstration at the conference.
Kartik Joshi and Rebecca Carvalho attended the event, showcased the product, and engaged in insightful discussions with attendees.
Technology has the potential to transform the lives of persons with disabilities (PwD) by enabling greater independence, inclusion, and opportunities in education, employment, and social interactions. The conference aimed to explore how recent technological innovations can create a more inclusive environment for PwD.
