School Leaders Conclave

The School Leaders Conclave 2025 brought together 16 participants from 14 schools across Karnataka, including nine headmasters, five teachers, one principal, and one administrative staff member. The event served as a collaborative platform for school leaders to discuss challenges and opportunities in improving STEM education for visually impaired (VI) students.
The conclave provided an opportunity for school leaders to share their aspirations for integrating STEM into their schools, discuss existing challenges, and explore strategies for effective interventions. Participants also expressed appreciation for Vision Empower’s contributions and suggested modifications to enhance the impact of its programs.
