ARC On Wheels – Government School for the Blind, Davanagere

ARC On Wheels was conducted at the Government School for the Blind, Davanagere, engaging students from grades 3 to 10 in an inclusive and hands-on science learning experience. Using tactile torso models, Braille-labelled resources, and the IRIS device, students explored internal organs and developed an understanding of the digestive system and the human heart. Physics concepts such as day and night and air occupying space were demonstrated through interactive activities, while musical rods helped students experience vibration, frequency, and resonance through joyful self-exploration. The session enabled learners to actively participate and experience science through touch, curiosity, and meaningful engagement.
