ARC On Wheels – Government Boys Primary School for the Blind, Darulshifa, Hyderabad
ARC On Wheels was conducted at the Government Boys Primary School for the Blind, Darulshifa, Hyderabad, focusing on introducing primary-level students and teachers to basic scientific ideas through accessible and age-appropriate experiential learning. The session utilized tactile and interactive teaching–learning materials (TLMs) to demonstrate concepts such as Day and Night and the “Help Me” model, which explains the presence and role of air in space. Emphasis was placed on learning through touch, guided exploration, and sensory engagement, enabling young visually impaired learners to build early scientific intuition, curiosity, and confidence within an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
