On 4th December 2024, VE organized a successful Ananda volunteering event at CSGI, Pune, with 88 employees, including the leadership team, coming together to make a meaningful impact. The volunteers worked in teams to create 98 tactile STEM materials, specifically designed to enhance the learning experience for visually impaired students.
These materials focused on key concepts in numeracy, number skills, and environmental science, particularly the water cycle. The tactile materials were meticulously crafted to provide students with a hands-on approach to learning, enabling them to grasp complex concepts through touch and interaction. Each material was thoughtfully created to cater to the unique needs of visually impaired children, offering them an opportunity to engage with and better understand these essential topics.

The volunteers at CSGI played a crucial role in this initiative, showcasing exceptional teamwork and dedication. Their efforts have helped bridge the gap in educational accessibility, empowering students with the tools they need to succeed. This event not only demonstrated the spirit of collaboration but also underscored VE’s commitment to social responsibility and making a positive impact on the community.
