Vision Empower conducted an enriching Anubhav Session at the ARC, IIIT-B, for students from Karnataka Navachetana School for the Blind, Kunigal, on 5th November 2025, with a special focus on experiential STEM learning.
The visit began with a guided ARC tour, where students explored the tactile wall and the Biology, Physics, and Chemistry zones, followed by enthusiastic participation in the Computational Thinking Games Zone. After a round of introductions, students participated in an interactive icebreaker, identifying objects through touch and guided hints.VICT Workshop.png
Through hands-on demonstrations, students learned about the day–night cycle, the structure of the human heart using a 3D model, the mechanics of a multiple-pulley system, and the science behind musical rods. They also conducted a simple experiment illustrating that air occupies space, sparking curiosity and conversation.
For many students, the journey to IIIT-B itself was filled with excitement and joy, adding to the sense of exploration.
The session concluded with smiles, confidence, and a renewed sense of wonder — making it a memorable and inspiring learning experience.
