Anubhav Session for Rangarao Memorial School for Disabled, Mysore

November 15, 2025

On 15th November 2025, Vision Empower hosted an engaging Anubhav Session at ARC, IIIT-B, for 19 students and 5 teachers from Rangarao Memorial School for Disabled, Mysore.

The session began with a lively icebreaker where students identified objects using tactile clues. This was followed by an in-depth ARC tour covering the tactile wall and STEM zones.

In the Computational Thinking Games Zone, students eagerly explored activities such as Side Sum, Cog Wheel, Number Pyramid, and various puzzles — strengthening logical reasoning and problem-solving.

They then participated in hands-on demonstrations covering the day–night cycle, 3D human heart, excretory system, and physics concepts like conservation of momentum.

A memorable moment emerged when a student curiously asked:
“If exercise makes our heart beat fast, why does it also beat fast when we’re scared?”
This sparked an engaging discussion on emotions, the nervous system, and physiological responses — enriching the learning experience.

The day ended with bright smiles, curiosity, and a deeper appreciation for hands-on science.
