On 13th November 2025, Vision Empower’s ARC on Wheels initiative reached Gnana Jyoti Blind School, Haveri, engaging 28 visually impaired students from Grades 1 to 10 in an immersive, tactile STEM session.
Students were grouped into small teams and rotated across six interactive learning stations covering:
- Multiple pulley system & musical rods
- Air occupies space & water maintains its level
- Human heart model & digestive system model
Each station offered guided demonstrations that encouraged exploration, hands-on learning, and collaborative problem-solving.
Students participated with enthusiasm, asking thoughtful questions and sharing observations. Teachers appreciated the experiential approach, noting how tactile science made complex concepts easier to understand, memorable, and joyful.
ARC on Wheels once again reaffirmed the power of bringing interactive, accessible STEM learning directly to schools.
