Supporting Accessible STEM Education at Jyoti Sroat School

This achievement is especially meaningful to us at Vision Empower. In collaboration with our CSR partner, Great Eastern Foundation, the CSR arm of The Great Eastern Shipping Co. Ltd., we have had the opportunity to work with Jyoti Sroat School since 2023.

At this inclusive school, students with and without visual impairments learn alongside one another. Vision Empower has supported the school in making STEM learning accessible through tactile learning resources, teacher training and the establishment of an Accessible STEM Lab.

As the school’s Principal shared:

“Vision Empower’s support has strengthened experiential learning, critical thinking, and problem-solving, helping shift classroom learning from theory to discovery.”
