Annual Report 2025–26

FUTURE OUTLOOK

As we look ahead, our organisation remains committed to advancing an inclusive and equitable education ecosystem for children with visual impairments. Guided by our vision, the coming years will focus on deepening impact, scaling innovations, and building a sustainable and collaborative ecosystem.

Strengthening Inclusive Education Systems

We will continue to enhance the quality and accessibility of teaching and learning by expanding our repository of accessible STEM content, shared resource centres and strengthening inclusive pedagogy practices. A major priority will be investing in structured teacher training and certification programmes, aimed at building a highly skilled community of special educators who can deliver impactful, inclusive classroom experiences.

Building a Robust Stakeholder Ecosystem

We aim to strengthen partnerships with government bodies, educators, funders, and community stakeholders to create a supportive and sustainable ecosystem. Aligning with national initiatives and enhancing collaboration will allow us to amplify reach and maximise impact. We will also focus on developing subject matter expertise within the organisation to drive innovation and leadership in inclusive education.

Enhancing Organisational Excellence and Sustainability

Internally, we will prioritise strengthening organisational capacity through improved stakeholder engagement, volunteer participation, and employee satisfaction. Focused fundraising for large-scale projects and a commitment to sustainability will underpin our efforts to deliver long-term, measurable impact.

Leveraging Technology for Inclusion

Technology will remain a critical enabler in our strategy. We plan to expand the adoption of affordable assistive technologies and digital tools across schools, while promoting digital literacy among both teachers and students. These efforts will ensure greater independence and confidence for learners in navigating academic and real-world challenges.

Driving Awareness and Social Change

In the coming years, we will intensify efforts to build awareness and shift societal mindsets around visual impairment and inclusion. By showcasing success stories and creating role models, we seek to inspire broader adoption of inclusive practices and foster long-term societal change.

In summary, our future outlook is anchored in scaling impact, leveraging innovation, and fostering collaboration, ensuring that every child with visual impairment has access to equitable, high-quality education and opportunities to thrive.
